About Me
My journey includes entrepreneurship that began in 1989, coaching professionally since 2004 hundreds of people in dozens of industries and all levels of a company.
From 2020-2025 I served as the Chief People Officer for a dynamic growing Credit Union, where I helped leaders navigate differences and build high-performing teams, with a focus on mindfulness for a better work life experience.
With a rich background in guiding teams through growth and change, I blend strategic insight with deep empathy.
My coaching helps professionals strengthen emotional intelligence, unlock natural strengths, and lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
